Sturdi-built has supplied high quality Redwood and Glass Greenhouse Kits to Bend and Central Oregon for 45 years. We handcraft redwood greenhouse kits using American grown and made materials in our factory in Portland, Oregon. (Our greenhouse show room is only 3 hours from Bend.)

Our greenhouse kits are made from the finest redwood available – All Clear Heart Redwood. In cold climates, such as you experience in Bend and Central Oregon, a wood framed greenhouse retains heat much better than an aluminum frame. These excellent materials make our greenhouses energy efficient. Along with heat retention, the durability of redwood is excellent for withstanding the high humidity levels required for successful greenhouse gardening in areas such as Bend and Central Oregon.

Our flexible exterior glazing options (glass - standard, double strength, or tempered – or twin wall polycarbonate) along with our double glazing thermal option (a second insulating layer of either twin wall or clear acrylic) also contribute to our greenhouses’ energy efficient, as well as supplying diffuse light, making the environment quite suitable for the climate in Bend and Central Oregon.

We have a factory trained greenhouse installer who can put up your greenhouse kit in the Madras, Redmond and Bend areas.
